"This is what happened in Florida after the state government refused a high-speed rail grant."

Congratulations on the approval of rules which end the practice of giving the delegate of the District of Columbia a vote in the Committee of the Whole. This change recognizes that the Constitution grants representation in Congress only to the states, and not to any other entity.

How do you define “far right”? Is it those of us (a) who oppose abortion, (b) who favor reducing the size of the federal government to its constitutional limits, (c) who are totally committed to the Second Amendment, (d) who oppose special rights for sodomites, (e) who favor a strong national defense focusing our territory and population? What makes us “far right”?

Here is some good news:

U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson has dismissed the Obama’s administration’s attempt to end Virginia’s lawsuit to stop Obamacare.

This means that the Obama administration will be forced to continue defending its unconstitutional policies in court.  This decision puts us one step closer to having Obama’s disastrous policies struck down.

"Unquestionably, this regulation radically changes the landscape of health insurance coverage in America," Judge Hudson wrote in his decision to let the lawsuit move forward. "Never before has the Commerce Clause and Necessary and Proper Clause been extended this far."

Arizona is where Americans are beginning a brand new movement: the states doing what the Feds refuse to do. Americans are fed up with unlimited illegal immigration and the resulting crime, murders, drug smuggling, human smuggling, Mexican drug gangs, and illegals costing taxpayers billions of dollars in health, welfare, police and other services.

Unemployed Americans are fed up with millions of illegal immigrants taking their jobs and driving down American wages.

Congressman Bart Stupak portrayed himself as a leader of pro-life Democrats. Yet when he had the opportunity to make a difference and help kill the pro-abortion Obama Care socialized medicine bill, Mr. Stupak sold out for a worthless executive order and, even worse, encouraged other supposedly pro-life Democrats to follow his misguided lead.

After no doubt reviewing polling data, Mr. Stupak has now announced he will retire.
