TCC Action Alert: Obamacare Update

Here is some good news:

U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson has dismissed the Obama’s administration’s attempt to end Virginia’s lawsuit to stop Obamacare.

This means that the Obama administration will be forced to continue defending its unconstitutional policies in court.  This decision puts us one step closer to having Obama’s disastrous policies struck down.

"Unquestionably, this regulation radically changes the landscape of health insurance coverage in America," Judge Hudson wrote in his decision to let the lawsuit move forward. "Never before has the Commerce Clause and Necessary and Proper Clause been extended this far."

It is important to remember that Judge Hudson’s ruling only applies to the Virginia lawsuit, and there are still huge battles ahead in Virginia, and in Florida, where the government is trying to get the 20-state suit against Obamacare dismissed as well.
